Information and purpose
To respond to enquiries we may receive your name, contact details, dates, guest numbers and preferences you choose to share. These details help us handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and, after confirmation, arrange your stay or table. Please avoid providing documents or unnecessary personal information.
Sending an enquiry
Forms labelled “Prepare email” open a draft in your email application. The message is only sent when you send it there. The stay enquiry may also use the hotel’s booking service when available. This website does not save enquiry details in browser storage.
Processing and retention
Information required for enquiries and bookings is processed to take steps requested before entering a contract and to provide an agreed stay. Details are retained as needed to handle the enquiry and, for confirmed bookings, to meet applicable contractual, administrative and legal obligations.
Technical services and payments
Hosting, email and booking providers may process information needed to provide their services. Payments through Stripe or PayPal, when enabled, take place on the selected provider’s service. This website does not request or store payment card numbers. The server may record technical access information for security and operation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction and, where applicable, objection and portability by contacting us. You may also contact the Italian data protection authority. Marketing requires a separate choice: this website does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters.
